Flight Change Fees

easyJet's flight change fee has steadily risen and is currently £35 per passenger, per flight, plus the difference in price between the cost of the original flight booked and the cost of the flight at the time the change is made. Furthermore, no refund is made if the cost of the flight is lower at the time of the change.

So, for example, should a game switch from a Saturday to the Sunday, the subsequent flight changes will amount to a minimum of £70.

Consequently, our fixture advice service (one of the primary purposes/benefits of membership of this club) has become increasingly relevant. This information (covering home matches only) is hosted on our password protected Flight Prices webpage and is also supplemented with an initial text message (sometimes with flight price information) to your mobile, once we know that a match date has been confirmed.

However, we stress that all of this information is for your guidance only and ESCNI cannot accept responsibility for any mistakes or unforeseen circumstances.

Incidentally, some of easyJet's other fees are...

  • flight cancellation fee: £30 per passenger, per flight

  • name change fee: £35 per passenger, per flight (plus any the difference in price between the cost of the original flight booked and the cost of the flight at the time the change is made)

Supporters Clubs' Flag Day Parade

At Saturday’s match, the annual Supporters Clubs’ annual Flag Day Parade took place, just before kick off, around the perimeter of the Goodison pitch.

This year, ESCNI were represented by the McCready family from Newtownabbey.

Neil McCready and his two sons Jack (11) and Ryan (9) proudly carried the flag as the two teams were led out to the sound of Z Cars.

A Trip Down Memory Lane

August 1996

Downloadable below is a PDF copy of the flyer for ESCNI's first ever organised trip (in August 1996).

It's interesting to note that the cost for the whole day return trip was just £55. These days, the cost of the match ticket can be nearly as much.

The trip was sold out weeks in advance, and the bigger better ESCNI was launched!

Incidentally, the match was at home to Newcastle (Alan Shearer's debut) in August 1996, and Everton won the game 2-0 (with goals from Unsworth and Speed).

Match Tickets Announcement: Reminder

Due to the significant increase in the number of Goodison season tickets that have been purchased over the summer (to over 27 thousand), it is likely that we will receive lesser quality seats this season.

Consequently, it is even more important that in order to obtain the best quality of seat available (as our initial allocation of tickets is selected before they go on sale to ForEverton members and, subsequently, on public sale), you should lodge your ticket request with our Match Ticket Secretary (Aidan) at least one month before the game.

Incidentally, we may also find our ticket allocations for away games significantly reduced as well.
